Initials and part of harp are discernible on reverse. Weight 2.23g. O: PHILIP ET MARIA D G REX ET REGINA ANG. Facing busts, a crown above dividing 15 55.R: POSVIMVS DEVM ADIVTORIM NOSTRVM. Crowned harp dividing the crowned initials of P & M. I would grade this coin Poor (Sheldon FR2). I have provided high-resolution close up photos so you can decide on a grade for yourself.
