THE BAD NEWS: I'm going to say Slightly Lightly Cleaned and - or dipped long ago. I don't really see cleaning hairlines, but it almost seems to me that I might see some extremely light hairlines on the obverse if you view the coin in just the right lighting at just the right angle. It's not harshly scratched up from this. They are so light I feel many would not even notice this. The color tone is a bit lighter than I normally expect to see. This suggests the coin was cleaned at some point so that is the main reason I suggest it was lightly cleaned long ago. Still a very pleasing coin. TERMS: UNITED STATES BIDDERS ONLY.
