Description: These are a pair of vintage 1930s pink Madrid depression glass candlestick holders, standing at 2" tall & 3" wide. Made by Federal Glass in the United States, they feature an undeniable Art Deco style with a beautiful finish. This set is an excellent condition showing very minor wear. There is one small flea bite upon close inspection on the under side of one as shown in pictures & reflected in price. The madrid pattern was produced from 1932-1939. Molds were lost & in the 1970s the company remade the molds & renaming the pattern 'recollection.' Reproductions of the madrid candlestick holders include verticle ridges around the socket, these are smooth & have that pink glow letting you know they're authentic depression glass.
