Description: 1953-1956 Ford Truck 7" Dual Power Brake Booster Pedal & Master Disc Disc Valve Description: Brand New 1953-1956 Ford Truck Power Brake Booster Master Cylinder Bracket Kit with Disc/Disc Proportioning Valves. This kit includes a pedal assembly designed for 1953 1954 1955 1956 Ford trucks. The pedal is designed to bolt to the original spot on the frame underneath the floor. Also included is a high quality 7" dual booster and master cylinder combo & the valves necessary for a disc disc setup. This kit is ready for disc/disc applications. The 7” dual power booster offers 27% better stopping power over the 7” single booster for improved stopping, performance and safety. The Corvette style master cylinder has a 1" bore and four ports (two on each side) for easier installation.The ports measure 9/16" and 1/2" on each side.Includes plugs for the ports you don't use. This also includes a complete Disc/Disc proportioning and residual valve kit. Residual valves are necessary when using a master cylinder below the brake calipers to prevent fluid bleed-back. This includes a brand new GM style Disc/Disc self-adjusting proportioning valve. This valve has a zinc coated finish. This valve is also called a combination valve, as it performs all of the necessary valving functions with a disc brake conversion. Also included is two 2 pound residual valves for the front disc/ rear disc application. These residuals prevent loss of brake pressure. They run in-line and act as a one way check valve and prevent fluid from bleeding back to the master cylinder. These valves are a MUST when mounting your master cylinder under the floor.
