I purchased this direct from the people who bought it new in Mexico in 1958. It’s 7” long when clasped and weighs 32.8 grams as pictured. It’s stamped Sterling Taxco Mexico along with a makers mark of LS. Various measurements and weight are pictured. This beauty shows minor signs of use and wear and heavy signs of age from storage. The shell has a couple of fractures and the Abalone has some deterioration in a couple of spots. The last 5 photos provide up close examples of imperfections that are magnified. These are hard to see with the naked eye. Despite all said it’s still any overall very nice attractive special 1 owner piece!
