A soft-spoken mild mannered young man is the dynamo behind a million-dollar pioneer project here which will take the footwork, and many of the headaches, out of building. He is Israel Trestman, 37, president, originator, contact man and planner of the New Orleans Housing Mart, St. Bernard Avenue, off Gentilly Boulevard. Housing Mart architect Henry Grimball points to "S" shaped beam in the Southern Pine pavilion at the mart. At right is S.P.
