They are not carbon spotted but they have the darker toning started on many of the coins. THESE UNC ROLLS MAY COME IN OLD PAPER ROLLS, NEW PAPER ROLLS OR PLASTIC TUBES. I RECEIVED A LARGE NUMBER OF THESE RECENTLY AND SOME OF THE PAPER ROLLS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN TAMPERED WITH SO I HAVE REMOVED THEM AND RE-WRAPPED THEM. I looked at the majority of the coins to make sure they were the date listed and pulled the coins with large carbon spots and other damage.
