The figurines are of "Homer the Hobo Bear". They both are made of both shiny ceramic and glued-on fur. Each figurine has its original ENESCO JAPAN IMPORTS sticker on it, and one of the Hobo Bears still has its original hang tag on its wrist. The bear with the wrist tag measures 5 1/2" tall x 2 3/4" wide, and the other Hobo Bear measures 4 3/4" tall. Their expressions are so adorable, whimsical and very typical of the late Mid-Century Japan style. Each of the figurines have some light crazing in the ceramic here and there, but it doesn't take away from their beauty at all. They don't have any cracks, chips or repairs. The bottom of their feet are showing some wear from display, but they aren't damaged. They don't come with their original boxes. They have been lovingly cared for on display for all these years, and it's time for them to find their next loving home. I have described this wonderful, rare pair of vintage Hobo Bears as best I can. I have included several close-up photos so you can see their condition with your own eyes.
