This is an original antique hinge, not a reproduction. Most of the paint has been cleaned off, rust removed, the hinge has been lightly buffed but NO spray lacquer has been applied. This hinge has simply been clean from layers of paint and ready for you to either install as is or finish the way you want to finish it. There are no cracks in this hinge.
