Description: My best guess is this was a published in the late 1920s to early 1930s as it was gifted to a grandchild per the inscription for Christmas 1931. Shrewesbury publishing co seems like a play on the town from the book if I’m not mistaken. Not a ton of information around on this company? Couldn’t find a whole lot about any of it. Looks like a repair (done poorly) was done to the front and back some time ago and this is why the front page sticks a bit in the photos. Seems glue was used for some reason or another. Overall it holds together well. Not crispy and crumbles to the touch. If you have any questions please let me know. Can combine shipping. Thanks in advance!
