Description: This set of 4 dinner plates features The Birds of America pattern from Audubon. Produced in the 1960s by Alfred Meakin England, this set includes plate #17 (Carolina Turtle Dove), #168 (Fork-Tailed Flycatcher), #79 (Kingbird) and #367 (Band-Tail Pigeon.) Each plate measure 10.75" in diameter and has a lovely embossed floral rim that encircles the colored images. In very nice condition, there are no chips or cracks, and only minimal surface scratches. The Kingbird plate has uniform crazing, while the others do not. It also has a small rust colored spot on the rim. These areas are captured in the final 2 photos.
