This book would be in the range of 8.0 VF, but has a few defects keeping from high grade. Most obvious is bottom of back cover, left corner area shows a water/moisture stain. There is also some tanning of the edges of the covers. Front cover looks great aside from some stress marks along bottom edge. Otherwise very clean spine and corners.
