Description: American Girl July 1963 (Girl Scouts of the U.S.A.) - This 50-page issue is chock full 'o goodies including Teen Shop Talk, "Night Flight" by Eloise Engle, "Teen-Age Horse Trainer" by Louise Miller and Jokes! It also includes ads for Steve McQueen in "The Great Escape" and Jerry Lewis in "The Nutty Professor". This issue is in Good condition. The cover, and all pages, which are cream-colored with tanning edges, are attached. The front cover is faded at the top and left-hand edges, the top right-hand corner has an approx. 1 1/4" crease, there is some color loss in the logo's first "A", the spine has some stress creases, there is an approx. 1/2" tear at the right-hand center that extends to the back cover; a few internal pages top or bottom corner edges are either chipped or creased; the Crossword puzzle on page 47 has been completed in red pen; the staples at the centerfold and on the back cover are rusty. It has a mailing label which I have retouched to eliminate the subscriber's name/address. No other areas have been modified by me. Additional scans and/or details can be provided if needed.
