There are issues with the locks, both locks are missing the panel that covers the internal mechanisms, the lock that has the keyhole has a crack in the metal, some of the internal mechanisms are missing. there is paint on the locks and the ornate brass fixtures, there is rust on the lock housing, Please review the pictures closely.
