It is raised 3/4" with a nice scallopeddraping around the 7" round plate. The floral transfer in middle of plate have been worn from use.The scalloped edges have detailed design in gold that has wear. No chips/cracks - Bottom of plate has the C.T. trademark and GERMANY.
