Description: A fabulous genuine Art Deco period tutti-frutti eternity ring! In solid platinum throughout, it has beautiful hand engraved geometric patterning to both edges - and is set with alternating stunning rich, strongly saturated pink rubies, sea-green emeralds and sparkling white diamonds. Each one hand cut and individually set, the emeralds and rubies are rectangular cut - but the diamonds are a wonderful brilliant transitional cut, giving a striking contrast with shape and texture. They're separated by by platinum point-top claws giving a flat interruption between the glisten and fire of the diamonds and the depth of the rubies and emeralds. It's finished as perfectly inside as out, a sure sign of a top quality piece, with superb large window backs that allow light to play through the stones. Dating to around 1920/30, it's a size 6.25 not resizable, weighs in at 4.0 grams and measures 3.3 mm wide, and 2.2 mm high off the finger. It's in lovely condition with a few small nicks/cracks to stones visible on close inspection and an old resizing just noticeable to the metal, this is really well disguised.
