It is in good condition with some wear that commensurate with its age and usage. It looks like one smaller bead were restored with dyed coral at later time. Other than that this genuine kapala damaru is decorated with all genuine corals, turquoise , malachite beads. Just out of private collection. It comes with old handmade case. It has a great sound.
