Description: Antique gold gilt very ornate deep picture frame, holds round picture. It's approx 18" square x 3-3.5" deep. It currently has a vintage plate in it signed by Emden/Hafentor, the back of the plate is written in German. The top reads Keiser W. Germany. The frame itself when I tap it sounds like it's metal, but the back looks like chalk or ceramic. Gesso? There is a small chip on the back in the corner and has been painted over it. (see pic) but I didn't find any other flaws. Very heavy weights over 9 lbs. Thanks for looking! Email with questions. I combine shipments when I can.
