The box currently has bits of miscellaneous bits of wood in it but not the original tools and other contents. The highlight of the piece is the paper branding on the inside of the lid. It is torn and stained, while considered damage add to the grit of the piece. The number assigned to this box have been ripped away as well. The color is impressive on it with the red, white, and blue still being vibrant and noticeable. The wood along the outside of the box is also scratched and chipped in a few places.
