Description: Offering in good used working condition, a Bailey Tool Co. No. 4 Victor Smoothing Hand Plane. It is complete, properly marked, and all parts look original. There is heavy age staining and patina on the metal parts, and note that there are no wood parts used on this plane. I have done some light brush cleaning and oiling, further restore left to the new owner. The blade has decent length for its age and is sharp. See photos for details and other aspects of condition.
