All items are from our warehouse in Homestead, FL and the seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our dock. Any freight claim is between the carrier and the buyer. Please inspect all packages carefully. If you sign for an item from the freight company in good condition, they will deny any damage claims. Returns: Please carefully inspect your items upon receipt. We will accept returns if you notify us within 48 hours from the delivery date and only if the item significantly fails to meet the above item description, Items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition. Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus shipping, handling, and insurance charges. We will only pay for shipping on a returned item if the reason for the return was our fault.
