Products are accelerated dynamically at up to 10 m/s² and travel at speeds of up to 2 m/s. What’s more, positions can also be approached with repeat accuracy of up to 10 µm. Dynamic transport and precise positioning are compactly integrated into a single tile.The electrical supply is provided by a wide-range power supply unit (110…230 V feed, 200 W continuous power). This ensures operation without the requirement for additional transformers in various geographic regions. Data communication is daisy-chained through from tile to tile.
