Description: (Ungraded) authentic Half-Real (1/2 Real denomination) Spanish-Colonial Era Silver cob coin, minted in 17th or 18th century (1600s or 1700s) From unidentified source/wreck, not a lot of information about this one, unfortunately, came with little history known but nevertheless is a very attractive little find and perfect for anyone who wants a lightweight coin to wear on a skinny-to-medium thickness chain. The coin is mounted in a custom, handmade bezel pendant setting, constructed of primarily Sterling Silver with two silver prongs and two solid yellow gold prongs (gold prongs are approximately 12 karat gold (made from a mixture of both 10k and 14k). The pendant is open on both sides, making it reversible, if desired. Coin is not graded, see all photos and judge the item condition for yourself, the photos are meant to be the primary descriptor and all items being sold as-is. Bezel is rustic handcrafted style and has imperfections which are part of the design. Thank you for looking!
