The light-up action is powered by four D batteries, which are not included. Item is preowned, has some small signs of usage and being displayed. A small area on one of the buildings has some slight oxidation (see last image). Some of the pewter pieces have been glued back on to their base. Some bases have some small scratches. The Joker piece base has a small chip (see image 22 & 23). One of the joker building piece is missing the bottom felt lining. Overall pieces and board are in good cosmetic and working condition.
