The bell measures2.5" tall and 2.5" in diameter.Inside it is covered with baby blue enamel. Decorative floral ribbon attached to silver top for hanging, and it makes a nice ringing sound. It is in Excellent Condition. I do not see any marking, but this is a Vintage 1990's piece by artist Kelvin Chen.
