Description: Vintage Bianchi VELOCE Road Frame Set – Made in Italy Up for sale is a vintage Bianchi VELOCE road frame set. Made in Italy with TIG welded Bianchi Exclusive Set double butted LITE STEEL 25 Cr Mo 4 heat treated tubes with formed down tube and sculpted stays. Bianchi Reparto Corse aero carbon fiber fork with forged aluminum dropouts. Frame is prepped for recessed caliper mount and features braze-on shifter bosses, dual bottle mounts, pump peg, front derailleur hanger, cable stops and guides. MICHE 1” threaded alloy headset has been cleaned and greased – ready for years of service. Sale included Campagnolo VELOCE cartridge bottom bracket and micro-adjusting alloy seat post with recessed binder bolt. The frame is in excellent structural condition with no dents, bents, or damage. Cosmetically the original Bianchi “Celeste” paint and graphics are in very good condition. A number of scuffs and signs of normal use, (too many to list individually but notably a couple of chips along the top tube), please see pictures. Over-all I’d rate the appearance about a 9½ out of 10.
