Publisher's illustrated paper covered boards, decoratively embossed patterning to the leaves, original decorative binding cord (most sheets loose now). Calendar is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Calendar is not new or in "new" condition. Remains overall attractive as an object. Rare 19th century calendar. Text block sheets are gently toned, some edge wear, light rubbing and scattered small staining, each sheet remains attractive. Calendar displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
