He is dressed in light blue coat, blue top with plaid scarf and knitted like hat holding a horn music instrument. Has a store hanging tag. Caroler as well as accessories may have some normal wear, tear, facial paint loss, metal tarnish, and marks, due to display use, age and storage. Base may have slight shelf wear around the edging, small chips, and with possible touch ups. Sharing all details regardless.
