Clear Sunstones are the most common, but a stone of this size requires a piece of rough approx 45 carats in size--VERY uncommon.This product is a carved sun design on an Oregon sunstone. The sunstone is a type of feldspar mineral, found is South East Oregon The dragon design is likely hand-carved onto the stone, making it a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
