Another sheng by Changtai produced in 2006 year (more than 10 years old of maturing) with optimistic name: "Everything is fine in the Middle State". A firmly pressed neat pancake made with various raw that have been stored for quite a long time and already looks more like shu puer. Bitterness hasn't completely gone away, but it has significantly changed - it is slightly felt by the root of the tongue after swallowing. Taste also became different, now it has much more smoky shade (something slightly smoked), but pretty unusual resembling ashes.
