Description: Sebring, Ohio was founded to produce quality china in 1899, and was once known as 'The Pottery Capitol of the World". An original Sebring china dish, approx 6" diameter with scalloped edges and color images of an American eagle, an American flag and a warship, and gilt lettering "GAR and Spanish War Veterans Reunion Compliments of the Citizens Banking Co, Sebring Harvest Home Sept 23d, 1911" The china plate has a fine crack and edge stains, but is sound overall . A scarce, original military veteran reunion china item of historic Sebring, Mahoning County, founded by the Sebring Family of East Liverpool, Ohio.
