Description: This is an extremely special item. This is a canceled Hey Arnold! plush made by commonwealth toys and novelty from what looks to be from the late 1900's too early 2000's. I'm assuming commonwealth had plans on releasing a line of Hey Arnold or maybe even Nickelodeon products but lost the licensing rights to other companies at the time. This uses an interesting tag that has never been seen on any other commonwealth prototype as its in all red font and reads "SAMPLE" on the front and a bunch of copyright info on the back. This is the first time this item has ever bee publicly seen after almost 20 years, you will absolutely never find another. A definite grail piece for any Hey Arnold/Nickelodeon fan.
