Description: Confederate cover with a pair of damaged #1 stamps cut too closely on the top. The Richmond postmark is tied to the stamps and cover, but just barely. You can see a faint circle line where the postmark marked the cover. I think its more than my imagination. The address is very faded pencil marking and I can't make it out.
