The binding is tight, gutters intact, cover illustration clean and complete showing only minor wear; there are no color plates in this volume as they had been phased out of the Oz series in 1935. Featuring blue-gray cloth covers, and illustrated endpapers, it is clean throughout with no markings inside. Some slight foxing is apparent in the paper stock, as is typical. The cover measures 7” x 9.25”, the text block measures approximately 9” x 6.4”, 291 numbered pages. A lovely later copy in excellent condition ready to join your collection.
