It's original warranty period has expired, even though it was never opened or used. We recently opened it to test it, and unfortunately it will not boot past the initial Crestron IO screen. It's never been used, and is in 100% perfect mint condition. Someone may be able to get it working, but we don't want to invest any time or money on this, or send it in for repair.
