Description: Early 1950's Oldsmobile Hood Emblem Globe Original OEM 556420 Up for your consideration is a nice Early 1950's Oldsmobile Hood Globe Emblem; i.e. Original OEM No 556420. Item is in good overall condition with only a few small blemishes, chrome pitting, etc. Inspection notes indicate that both mounting studs are fully intact, in fasteners. Mfg. stamp on reverse side includes Part No. 556420 & 'Gerity 2'. Emblem is not cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged. Globe is tight with no sign of potentially falling out. Item would be a good candidate for a 'driver' or preservation class car or could be disassembled and replated for a vintage badge collection.
