Description: This listing is for a full company, plus support options, to represent a luftwaffe jager company from one of the unfortunate felddivisions. The pieces are all manufactured by Battlefront Miniatures in the 15mm (1:100) scale, and intended for tabletop wargaming. The jaeger company has been painted similarly with lacquers and enamel paints, moderately inkwashed, sealed with Mr. Hobby Mr. Super Clear, and based with my favourite model railroad hobby grass for that crisp spring/summer look. None of the pieces have seen any use on the table, having only sat in a box since being completed. The company and support options are painted mostly in the Luftwaffe blue, with randomly selected tunics, trousers, breadbags, helmets, and gaiters being their regular colors instead, to represent that moderately slapdash difficulty getting equipment and the differences in actual kit between the Luftwaffe and Heer troops. The force can be perfectly fine for either mid war or late war, and luftwaffe ground forces could be found on either eastern or western front. The detailed breakdown of included platoons is: a company HQ with 2x command teams on a small base 3x jaeger platoons each with 1x command team on a small base, 6x K98k/MG42 teams on medium bases, and 1x MG34 sHMG on a medium base a mortar platoon of 4x GrW.34 8cm mortars on medium bases an HMG platoon of 4x sHMG.34 on medium bases an anti-tank section of 3x PaK.38's on the medium bases an anti-air section of 4x FlaK.38 2cm on medium bases and a battery of sFH.396(r) 12.2cm medium howitzers on large bases. for a full Luftwaffe Jaeger Kompanie with support options.
