It has a pull-on fit with no closures, and a low waist with an attached tie - when you tie it at the back of your natural waist, it cinches up the bodice for a blouson effect. It has half-length dolman sleeves that cinch, a notched neckline that lies open, and pleating on the front of the skirt. Mannequin is size 4/6 or Medium for reference.
