The mattress can turn the person all night long and the percussion feature breaks up lung congestion. The low air loss prevents bed sores or helps dry them up. It is an 800 pound bed and is highly recommended not to go up to second floor sections of homes or long sections of stairs. Bed needs to be tipped sideways to get into door frames.
