The maximum perimeter or circumference bar measurement allowed for these pads is 8".(8" circumference = about 2 1/2" diameter of a round bar OR the perimeter measurement of a 2" X 1" rectangle bar)The SELF-WRAP PAD KIT consists of:1 1/2'inch thick high-density foam pad cut to fit around the perimeter of your bar. You will fasten it on with Electrical Tape which we provide with pads.. This cover will have 1 1/2" inch of covering that overlaps on the ends, with nylon strings installed that can be hand-gathered and tied to hide the edges of the foam.
