Overall good shape but there is some edge wear on the binder side and a very small tear at the bottom, some spine wear around the staples and it does not lay perfectly flat…a couple days under something heavy will probably fix that. Otherwise nice little guide. Colors are vibrant and consistent. Book measures 8” tall and 5.5” wide. 74 pages. Will ship in a padded envelope, bubble wrapped with cardboard on both sides to prevent bending.
