All that could be determined is that this was a shelf pull. The battery was charged so this could be tested. This is designed for someone up to 160 lbs. This was powered on and tested to make sure it works as intended and the test performed was only done in a small area. Again just enough to make sure that this moved as it it suppose to. As we fully charged the battery to test this, once this is received this can be rode on as soon as it is taken out of the box. This comes with all items shown in the photo's. Please know that because this was tested only enough to make sure that it moved as intended should you receive this and there is any other issue that we did not see or notice, we will gladly refund or replace your purchase.FREE SHIPPING This has been visually checked and/or tested.
