You will receive sixteen 8.5x11" pages (8 front and back) of detailed instructions and helpful hints, paginated, not stapled or bound, folded in a letter-sized envelope. Once you have it you can choose how you want to bind it (staple, 3 hole punch, etc.). Printed on a home printer. Professional quality writing using plain terms.
