Description: Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking Box Set, Volume 1 & 2. (1970/71) Volume 1 is the 21st printing, 1970. Volume 2 is the 4th printing, 1971. Condition: The outer box shows sun bleach in some spots, and normal wear and tear, from age and use. The protective sleeves on both books also show wear. Volume 1 is a bit worse. It's been taped on the inside from being torn throughout the years. The books themselves are perfect on the inside, with no tears, stains, or writing. But, the outsides of both books have also been sun bleached and show wear along the outside edges. They also have a slight old book smell. Nothing terrible, but I thought I should mention everything. Overall, these are still nice, collectible books and a must in every household! ** Please see all photos for complete details, as these are a part of the description. I took many so you'll know exactly what you are receiving. ** Comes from a smoke-free home. Feel free to message me with any questions. Thank you for looking.
