The location address is 3950 Koval Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89109 Our property in Las Vegas is located one block from the Las Vegas Strip, nestled behind and within walking distance to hotel/casinos including Bally's, Paris, Bellagio, Caesar’s Palace, the Venetian, Flamingo, Imperial Palace and Harrah's. Nineteen acres of beautifully manicured grounds set the backdrop for the Las Vegas Desert Club. The resort offers 648 one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Each suite offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer, private patio, air conditioning, cable TV, DVD player, wireless internet, Roman Tubs and your own fireplace! Suites have a full kitchen including washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. All rooms have a complimentary coffee starter pack. Each suite at our Las Vegas property is air conditioned and has cable television, a DVD player, and a telephone with dialup internet connectivity as well as wireless connectivity. All suites have irons, ironing boards, blow dryers and in-room safes. The resort is comprised of several one, two and three story buildings nestled within a nineteen acre gated property. Most buildings have a three-story configuration, and have no elevators. One bedroom suites accommodate up to four guests. Rooms have 1 king size bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa and 1 full bathroom. Two bedroom suites accommodate up to six guests. Each suite has two king size beds and a queen sleeper sofa and 2 bathrooms. No pets are allowed. Rental cars are available through the Concierge Associate. Local calls are 50 cents each. Long distance calls are $1.50 plus long distance charges. There is no charge to make toll-free calls. A major credit card or $100 cash security deposit is required at check-in. Complimentary shuttle service to grocery store, Fremont Street Experience (Downtown Las Vegas,) and select stops on the strip. On-site amenities include: 5 heated swimming pools, 5 Jacuzzis; barbecue facilities; an exercise room; game room/arcade; business center; an elegant main lobby; concierge service; activities center; shuttle service; convenience store/gift shop; and 24-hour front desk. This vacation condominium package includes ONLY the timeshare condominium unit for the number of nights stay during the designated dates agreed upon. The purchaser is responsible for all other food, accommodations, entertainment and transportation to and from the unit separately and apart from this transaction. The purchaser is responsible to the resort and to the owner for any fees incurred during the stay and for any damages to the resort caused by the purchaser. You need to have a major credit card to check in, but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or charge something to your room. There are no other fees.
