Description: Lego Ideas 2019 (21318) Tree House 100% Complete ~Excellent Condition~This is for a 2019 Lego Ideas Set of 21318 Tree House and it is 100% Complete and in Excellent Condition. This set was assembled back in 2020 and has always been Both Adult Owned & Handled. The set was Never Played With but, it was displayed up until May of 2023, at which time it was carefully disassembled and placed into labeled bags that correspond to the bag numbers in the instructions as shown in the second photo. There is also a bag that contains extra parts not needed in order to complete the Lego set and it also has the brick separator in it as best shown in the ninth photo. There were several pieces that were not completely taken apart due to the difficulty in being able to do so and they are a basket as shown in the fifth photo, a pully system with string as shown in the sixth photo, and any and all windows and their panes that come with this set (photo seven is just to show you what two look like but any and all window panes that come with this set will all have their window panes put into the windows already). The instructions are in Great Condition. Although, in addition to them showing tyipical Usage, Storage, & Age Wear like what can be seen in photos 5-7, the top and bottom corners do have heavy wear, like what is shown in photos 12 & 13. The bricks themselves are in Excellent Condition. Although, apart from having Wear from Age, Storage, and Usage, there are several bottom base plates that have heavier wear on some of their corners as shown in the eighth photo. The box that it comes in is in Excellent Condition and has no major flaws needing a special mention, Although it still might show Mild Wear from Age & Storage, and the spot on the side of the box that can be punched in to then fold over the tab is punched in (as shown in the eighteenth photo) and the tab is folded over into it. Please take a look at the photos in order to better judge the overall condition of the item for yourself. This item comes with two different types of foilage for the top of the tree to give it either a green spring look or a change of colour fall look. I only used the green and therefore, all the fall coloured foilage bags (5 in total) are still sealed and are shown in the third and fourth photos. This sets plant and leaf elements are made from plant-based plastic. *Please note that this set will arrive to you tied shut with string, in order to avoid having the box open up and spilling out it's contents into the larger shipping box on its way to you*.
