A water wheel and stream are on the side, and a man is carrying a sack at the bottom of the steps. A beast of burden (donkey, mule, burro) is the clasp, and a sack of "farine" (flour) is painted inside. The box is 1.6" by 2.3" with a height of 2.1". On the bottom is: "Limoges France - PV - Marque Deposee - Peint Main." There is a little wiggle when closed.
