Once you receive the appropriate RA# documents and the appropriate return address you must ship back to us within 10 days so we can correctly process the return. If your item is damaged, please contact us with details about the damage and we need you to email photos of the issue to us, we will then forward this information to the warehouse to process and handle shipping you a replacement at our cost within the U.S. only.
