Description: NYC Lines enameled metal center cab electric is an early example with wire type handrails, made late teens to early 1920’s. Original dark green finish has overall wear, better lettering than usual lettering, probably because it has never been cleaned, about 7” long pilot to pilot. Frame has more paint wear and some corrosion. Strap headlight, bell trim and coupler are replacements, original wheels have some chips in flanges on one wheel. Loco body looks straight, frame could use some straightening, a good candidate for restoration. One way motor ran a bit rough when bench tested, headlight is not wired, sold as is, no operation warranty. All Items, including N.O.S. (new-old-stock), are graded and represented as vintage collectibles. Operational ability and characteristics or completeness of vintage motors, mechanisms, wiring, bulbs etc are not guaranteed.
