This plate is part of the Little Rascals Franklin Mint collector series of which there were 8 plates available back in 1994 and is serial number Hu 3294. I am also including in this sale the original 1994 magazine 9" x 11" print advertisement as well as the original Franklin Mint brochure of the series too. This plate has always been stored since new and never user and never displayed at all, so it is in as perfect condition as the days that it arrived.
